12 months limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3 months warranty.
- Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
- It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine is defective as report.
4.If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.
- For following situations, the item is out of free warranty
(1). Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on man-made fault.
(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.
