This machine is an semi-automatic filler, it has two work mode, pedal and auto-fill, the whole structure is stainless steel based, the part contact stuff is made from SS304, it’s mainly made for food,beverage,checmical and medicines, like tomoto sauce, cream, essential oils, and so on, it can do high temperature stuffs which is up to 100 degress upmost, it also can support high acid object if the change into SS316.

The series filling machine structure is reasonable, model compact, reliable, accurate, easy to operate, the dynamic part of the pneumatic structure, are used pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and to Taiwan AIRTAC, SHAKO. Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, in line with the requirements of GMP certification. Can be based on user needs filling volume and filling speed be adjusted in the model range, high filling accuracy. Filling head adopts anti-leakage and lifting filling device.
The aircraft main driving force for the gas source, customers must equip their own air compressor equipment.(also can be provided by us)
